FORMAT
- Three to five days (half day sessions)
- Limited to 10 trainees per session
- Considerable emphasis is put on practical skills (training simulation exercises will be done by each trainee and individual performances critiqued by the team – under the facilitator’s guidance.
AUDIENCE
This course is for individuals running new Catering businesses (and/or those aspiring) who wish learn tried and tested best practice Catering methods, so as to boost their ability to deliver superior catering solutions that command better remuneration from clients.
It assumes the trainee is not yet fully versed in the theory and practice required to achieve long term profitable success in the business.
Its goal is to make the trainee extremely effective in planning for and running all aspects of his/her own Catering business.
